Please allow 1-6 days for UK orders to arrive.

Please allow 5-25 days for Rest of world orders to arrive.

Tracking your order:

We won't ship orders with tracking as we simply can not afford the cost. if you wish for it to be tracked please message us before you order and we can see what we can do.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Notion. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Notion, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.


We decorate all of your orders in-house and try our best to get them out to you as quickly as possible.

At particularly busy times your orders may take a little longer than usual so please bear with us!


Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 14 working days to request a exchange/Return, We'll send the specific returns address and instructions on how to do so.


Please retain your proof of postage to avoid disappointment. If you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your returned item your exchange may be be denied. 

Returned items must be in the same condition unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a exchange if items are not received in their original condition.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
